<p>The Organisational Systems & Strategy Unit (OSSU) is a research led unit of the Warwick Manufacturing Group at the University of Warwick. OSSU focuses on business and manufacturing strategy to understand how organisational systems gain and sustain competitive advantage. It aims to:

<li>Help industry develop business competencies by challenging conventional wisdom and advancing knowledge
<li>Create theory and methodologies which support applications
<li>Communicate findings to the public and private sector
